The staff is courteous and respectful, but if you are just trying to get regular dental cleaning, then this is not the place to go. I am self pay and I felt very uneasy at their obsession to find out what I do for work. I got their mailer and wanted to utilize cleaning coupon, but there is a catch, they will find some sort of calculus or a trivial gum disease to refuse to perform regular cleaning and pressure you into getting a deep cleaning package that cost around $2600. I have healthy teeth, no bleeding issues, yet they will find some excuse or small calculus to refuse to honor their coupon. They spent two hours with me selling me into their deep cleaning package which I refused, eventually ended up paying $66 for the x-ray and exam. Now I realize why they were so curious to know my profession. As a patient. I have a right to refuse a treatment, but as a doctor denying a preventative treatment like dental cleaning is not appropriate, as it can put my healthy teeth at risk. I hope they will rectify their business practice.
