What to Expect

- Arrival and Assessment You meet the team, we go through your medical history, and we confirm the plan for the appointment.
- The IV A small IV is placed in your arm or hand to administer the sedative. Shortly afterwards you feel deeply relaxed.
- Treatment We carry out your treatment while monitoring you continuously for safety and comfort.
- Going Home You will need someone to drive you, and it is best to rest for the remainder of the day while the sedative wears off.
