The staff here is incredibly nice and caring. I received a normal cleaning and a filling. During both visits they explained every part of what they were doing in advance and made me feel very comfortable and aware throughout. On top of all this, the office is very nice and they have great updated equipment. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
My experience for Invisalign exam was great. Paula was very sweet and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Dr. Patel was very kind and made the consultation smooth as butter. These are good people . If anyone is wondering where to go… well search no more.
I love the fact that they make you feel comfortable. They pay attention to your concerns and keep it straight forward with their patients. Good pricing for my personal experience. Great atmosphere. The doctor is knowledgeable. Overall great team of people dedicated to provide the best options and go out of their way to make sure you fully understand how important it is to get treated. My nurse went as far as drawing haha just to make sure I have a visual representation of my symptoms. She wanted me to mention it in my post. The staff is courteous and respectful, but if you are just trying to get regular dental cleaning, then this is not the place to go. I am self pay and I felt very uneasy at their obsession to find out what I do for work. I got their mailer and wanted to utilize cleaning coupon, but there is a catch, they will find some sort of calculus or a trivial gum disease to refuse to perform regular cleaning and pressure you into getting a deep cleaning package that cost around $2600. I have healthy teeth, no bleeding issues, yet they will find some excuse or small calculus to refuse to honor their coupon. They spent two hours with me selling me into their deep cleaning package which I refused, eventually ended up paying $66 for the x-ray and exam. Now I realize why they were so curious to know my profession. As a patient. I have a right to refuse a treatment, but as a doctor denying a preventative treatment like dental cleaning is not appropriate, as it can put my healthy teeth at risk. I hope they will rectify their business practice.
