The Spa Manager at Alpenglow Spa will lead all aspects of daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, staff performance, and strategic business growth. This role involves hands-on leadership, driving treatment and retail revenue, overseeing team training and scheduling, and elevating the spa's reputation as the leading wellness destination in the region.

Job Requirements:
The expected pay range is $56,485.00 - $80,000.00+ annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
