Team Collaboration

  • Keep drawing sets and documentation organized and up to date
  • Visiting job sites to support implementation and ensure design intent is carried through

Client Experience

  • Attend client meetings to capture design needs and feedback
  • Support or lead design presentations depending on experience level
  • Share insights on layouts, materials, and style with clarity and confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 1–5+ years of residential design experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of residential construction documents and detailing
  • Familiarity with IRC and NKBA standards
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and visual)
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • A great team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary: $50,000–$90,000 DOE
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Medical & dental insurance
  • Paid time off + paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • A team that supports your growth, creativity, and ambition
