We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to join our team in New York. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client-focused events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and enthusiastic about creating seamless experiences from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure event logistics are handled efficiently
Prepare event materials, timelines, and checklists
Monitor event budgets and process invoices
Support onsite event setup, registration, and troubleshooting
Maintain post-event reporting and feedback for future improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
1+ year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
