This position is responsible for leading i9 Sports digital marketing efforts to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales. This role will involve developing and overseeing marketing campaigns, then analyzing their effectiveness to ensure a strong return on investment. The person in this position must be obsessed with results and constant improvement, possessing a test and learn mentality, and be dedicated to delivering results. Responsibilities Digital Lead Acquisition - work with internal and external partners to manage digital tactics, programs, and campaigns to grow the i9 Sports consumer business, including search, paid social, video, display, email, etc. CRM Management - ownership of maintenance and updates of customer data, automated campaigns, and reporting within the i9 Sports CRM system. Website Management - responsible for day-to-day management of the consumer and franchise websites, including development optimizations, troubleshooting, testing, and reporting. SEO - partner with SEO agency to develop strategies to boost rankings and relevant traffic Email - The strategic design, creation and execution of targeted email campaigns aimed at fostering growth throughout the customer lifecycle and demonstrating a commitment to delivering results Content - Develop marketing campaigns and content that align with i9 Sports brand standards and messaging, reinforcing a cohesive brand identity across all franchise locations. Training & Support - Facilitate training sessions for franchisees and internal stakeholders to drive alignment of strategies and best practices in execution Analysis - Provide actionable insights through regular performance reports and dashboards designed to understand consumer behavior and inform marketing strategies, driving continuous improvement across marketing campaigns. Other duties as required. Requirements 5+ years of marketing experience 2+ years of marketing automation experience Direct experience managing websites, digital media, SEM and SEO Understanding of CRM, automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and audience segmentation and a passion for improving the customer experience Experience in developing compelling content, customer journey mapping, content strategies and testing strategies to drive performance. Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. Project management and problem-solving ability with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage many projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot Experience managing complex digital marketing projects and multi-channel campaigns Experience in content creation and management using platforms like Canva and WordPress. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a supportive and collaborative approach to working with franchisees to help them succeed.
