ProSidian Seeks a Work Control Lockout Writer - Integration Management (Time and Materials | Non-Exempt) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.

This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members (# FTe's: 1) work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category 30461) to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements.

Provide Work Control Lockout Writer IM 114 Support Services to the U.S. Department of Energy | Savannah River Site (SRS) in Aiken, SC 29808. This professional works as part of a Staff Augmentation Support Service Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) on behalf

Work Control Lockout Writer - Integration Management Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and

Provide support in the preparation, review and issuance of large and/or complex lockouts

and/or system modification, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance work packages:

1) Provide maintenance/construction lockouts technical review.

2) Analyze time and requirements for lockouts.

3) Prepare, review and issue lockouts to ensure equipment are isolated to protect the

environment, equipment, and personnel.

4) Prepare and/or review efficient and specific instructions for the isolation, containment de energization of various mechanical, physical, electrical, chemical energy systems or radiological

sources according to established procedures.

Qualifications

The Work Control Lockout Writer - Integration Management shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Bachelors or 8 years nuclear experience. Practical experience in work control, materials

management, E&I/Mechanical maintenance or related areas. Experience in developing lockouts in Nuclear or Waste Solidification facilities.

Practical knowledge of Waste Solidification facilities and operations

Experience in the, development, review and issuance of Lockouts.

Interpersonal skills to establish and cultivate positive working relationships and interfaces

with both internal and external customers

Demonstrated knowledge of DOE, SRR, and SRS operating policies, rules, and regulations

preferred.

Experience with Asset Suite, EDWS and Microsoft Word is required. Experience with

Puridiom is beneficial A 40 hour work week is scheduled. SRR utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8

hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five

days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each work day has a 30-

minute lunch

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)

All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" (also referred to as an "Employment Authorization") by the USG's designated Security Office.

TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, as allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina
