Our projects include embeds, plates, platforms, handrails, stairs, mezzanines, and more. We take pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship. **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding, blueprint reading, and steel fabrication. You will be responsible for fabricating and assembling structural metal products, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring high-quality welds. **Key Responsibilities** + Fabricate steel components including embeds, platforms, stairs, and handrails + Perform MIG and flux core welding on structural steel + Read and interpret blueprints and layout designs + Use grinders, cutting tools, and tape measures accurately + Perform self-layouts and setups prior to welding + Maintain a clean and safe work environment **Required Skills & Experience** + 1-3+ years of experience in steel fitting and fabrication + 1-3+ years of experience in grinding and cutting metal + 1-3+ years of experience in structural welding + Proficient in MIG and flux core welding techniques + Ability to read blueprints and tape measures + Strong understanding of layout and fabrication processes **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
