This position is on-site (no remote work), giving you a chance to be part of a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do as a Website Support Specialist:

• Design and build beautiful, high-performing websites that help clients stand out.
• Collaborate with clients via phone, email, and live chat to empower them to manage their digital presence effectively.
• Be our Brand Ambassador , fostering positive relationships with clients and representing the PhotoBiz and Zibster brands.
• Problem-solve technical issues , providing support for website management, domain setups, webmail, and more.
• Help clients grow by offering expert advice on SEO, email marketing, eCommerce, form set-ups, and lead generation.
• Share your design skills to provide clients with insights on website aesthetics and functionality to make their sites pop.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Web/Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or similar programs.

• Excellent customer service presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Some marketing, design, or sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of internet applications, social networks, browsers, and technologies.
