??Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts (3-day weekends!)

??Pay: $25-$30/hr+ (based on experience)

?? What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding instructions

• Perform layout and fitting of components

• TIG and Flux Core weld stainless and carbon steel

• Grind and finish surfaces to spec

• Learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes

• Proven TIG welding experience

• Ability to read blueprints and set up welding equipment

• Familiarity with MIG and Flux Core welding

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $60320.00/yr.

-Generous paid time off front loaded each year as well as 80 hour of holiday pay each year.
