We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic fintech organization. This role bridges our technical teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring effective delivery of technology solutions aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, a deep understanding of fintech technologies, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage end-to-end technical projects, including defining scope, creating schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and successful project execution.
• Act as a key liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and coordinate cross-team deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and facilitating resolutions to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project metrics and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical projects, ideally within fintech, financial services, or similar technology-driven sectors.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.), and software development lifecycles.
• Strong technical acumen, with familiarity in fintech-specific technologies such as payment gateways, financial APIs, security protocols, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, delivering successful outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with emerging fintech trends and technologies (blockchain, AI/ML, open banking).
• Experience working with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
