Technical Product Manager

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (hybrid with 20% remote flexibility)

Coders Connect is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company in the workforce travel and accommodations industry to help them find a talented Technical Product Manager based in Scottsdale, Arizona .

About the Role

As a Technical Product Manager , you'll work at the intersection of product strategy and technical execution. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and deliver data-intensive, API-driven SaaS features. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong technical roots and a passion for turning complex problems into scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Technical Vision

• Define and own the roadmap for SaaS solutions including API integrations and data platforms
• Prioritize technical debt and align development efforts with long-term business goals
• Identify opportunities for innovation through emerging tech and market trends

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the bridge between technical and business teams
• Translate technical requirements into clear, accessible language for stakeholders
• Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and sales to ensure market fit

Execution & Delivery

• Maintain a well-groomed, data-informed product backlog
• Lead sprint planning and execution with engineering teams
• Track success using KPIs and iterate based on insights

User & Developer Experience

• Balance usability, scalability, and maintainability in every feature
• Collect user and developer feedback to guide technical requirements

Influence & Leadership

• Champion cross-team collaboration and a shared vision
• Stay on top of SaaS and workforce travel tech trends to guide product innovation

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years in technical roles or technical product management
• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 in a technical PM role
• Strong experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data pipelines, and integrations
• Proven ability to define roadmaps, write user stories, and lead agile teams
• Comfortable balancing business needs with technical complexity
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, and similar collaboration platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Bonus Points For:

• Industry experience in travel, logistics, or workforce management
• Familiarity with customer-facing analytics and reporting tools
• Experience working across multiple time zones or distributed teams
