Key Job Responsibilities
1. **Daily Operations Management**
- Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards.

2. **Staff Management**
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees; address personnel conflicts or performance issues.
- Implement incentive programs to boost team morale and productivity.

3. **Inventory & Supply Chain**
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, returns, and warehouse logistics.
- Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and optimize purchasing.

4. **Customer Service**
- Resolve customer complaints, improve satisfaction, and uphold brand reputation.
- Promote loyalty programs or membership initiatives.

5. **Sales Targets & Financial Oversight**
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals; analyze financial reports (e.g., profit margins, shrinkage).
- Control labor, inventory, and operational costs.

6. **Marketing & Promotions**
- Execute corporate marketing strategies; organize local campaigns (e.g., holiday sales, community events).
- Enhance store visibility via social media or in-store activations.

7. **Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Submit performance reports and operational analyses to regional managers.
