SALES EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our sales organization is scaling quickly, and we need a Sales Executive Assistant who can keep pace. You’ll be the right hand to the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer to execute tasks and coordinate across the team. Our sales has grown over 1,200% in the last 8 months, and we are looking for someone who is equal parts organizer, problem solver, and relationship builder who is able to move quickly and is not afraid of getting their hands dirty. You will execute on everything from running followup on the CRO’s sales calls & maintaining hubspot records, to interviewing for sales candidates, strategic management, project management and coordinating across the sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Sales Administration

  • Serve as an extension of the CRO to take as much off his plate as possible
  • Follow-up on the CRO’s sales calls, answer prospect emails, prepare quotes & order forms, and where necessary join sales calls
  • Maintain pristine Hubspot CRM data and run weekly pipeline hygiene checks
  • Own calendar, travel, and meeting logistics for CRO & Sales team

Finance Coordination

  • Support sales team commission tracking
  • Accounts Receivable and invoice tracking

Hiring & Onboarding

  • Draft job postings, coordinate with recruiters, and screen resumes
  • Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Prepare day-one onboarding for new team members

Sales Project Management & Coordination from CRO

  • Work closely with the CRO to run research, identify opportunities to grow the sales team, and reach out to key stakeholders
  • Onboard new sales hires & help point them to success
  • Drive short-term projects (e.g., conference sponsorships, tool roll-outs) end-to-end
  • Document repeatable playbooks and surface process-improvement ideas
  • Track and report weekly KPIs for Sales Ops
  • Act as the connective tissue between Account Executives, Customer Success, Field Sales Representatives, Sales Leadership, and Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, project management, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or GovCon environment.
  • Financial Coordination: Proven experience in accounts receivable or billing coordination.
  • Hiring Exposure: Familiarity with hiring processes, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and conducting interviews, is preferred.
  • Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern productivity tools, including CRM systems, e-signature platforms, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Linear.
  • Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with senior executives and external partners.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-directed, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment always thinking 3 steps ahead; not a 9-5 role. Nothing is too small or too big.

COMPENSATION:

  • $60 - 75k Salary + meaningful equity in a well-funded, fast growing startup
