We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. As the Recruiting Coordinator you will perform administrative duties to support the Recruiting Team and will develop working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and other Proofpoint employees who participate in the interviewing/hiring process. This position reports to the Senior Manager, of Recruiting Enablement. Your day-to-day includes establishing working relationships with hiring managers and candidates, scheduling interviews, communicating interview details and hosting interview visits. You will create and ensure delivery of candidate offer letters and new hire paperwork, receive and track new hire materials, and update and maintain appropriate databases. Manage complex interview schedules through Outlook, while being able to deal with last minute changes on the fly. Manage background checks including initiating checks, monitoring progress and reviewing final reports. Provide excellent candidate experience and administer candidate experience surveys. Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion. Participate in various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis. Requirements include experience in recruiting coordination, project coordination, and administration in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, great attention to detail, ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment, ability to work swiftly with a high sense of urgency and be comfortable with frequent shifting priorities and time-sensitive tasks, and ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
