ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

*Job Type: Part-time, Direct hire*

*Pay: $70-85 per hour*

*Hours: Mon-Fri*

*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, managing both acute and chronic health conditions under the supervision or collaboration of a physician, in accordance with state scope of practice laws.
* Conduct thorough physical exams, health assessments, and patient histories to support diagnosis and preventive care.
* Develop, initiate, and manage individualized treatment plans, including prescribing and adjusting medications, therapeutic interventions, and lifestyle counseling.
* Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, urinalysis, imaging) and screenings based on presenting symptoms and patient age.
* Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including referrals to specialists, diagnostic services, and follow-up care.
* Provide patient education on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment adherence for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and obesity.
* Accurately document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up in the electronic health record (EHR) in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
* Support health promotion through routine check-ups, vaccinations, and wellness visits, with attention to family medicine best practices.

*Requirements:*
* Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner Program with 2 plus years of experience
* Bilingual Spanish fluency a plus
* 2 years experience in Family Practice or related field
* DEA License
* Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS)
