Job Description

THE PURPOSE:

As the Mailroom & Janitorial Clerk , you will support the Facilities Department in performing duties related to the maintenance and functionality of the Corporate Headquarters Office, including shipping, receiving, repairs and maintenance.

THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)

Mailroom – Operate a productive and efficient shipping and receiving process of letters and packages

• Ship out domestic and international packages via FedEx web platform
• International packages include processing customs paperwork
• Communicate tracking numbers with respective employees
• Receive, log, and distribute letters and packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL in an efficient manner
• Monitor packaging supplies levels and work with Immediate Manager to order additional supplies in advance of run-out

Janitorial - Maintain the appearance and functionality of the Corporate Headquarters Office:

• Stock snacks and misc supplies
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitization through frequent floor vacuuming, mopping,

countertop wipe-downs, etc

• Complete employee desk moves when requested
• Monitor supplies levels and work with Immediate Manager to order additional supplies in

advance of run-out

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of three years of experience in Janitorial and or mailroom setting
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs-50lbs daily
