What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct phone consultations with warm prospects (leads provided daily)
• Educate clients on IUL benefits like tax-advantaged cash growth, living benefits, and flexible retirement planning
• Submit applications using our digital platforms and follow up with clients as needed
• Build lasting relationships that support long-term retention and referral growth
• Work closely with your team and leadership to hit performance goals and grow your personal income

What You Bring:

• Active Life & Health license (required)
• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in life insurance or financial services
• Experience or strong understanding of Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally and financially
• Tech-comfortable – we use digital apps, CRM systems, and screen-share tools
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong understanding of value-based consultative selling

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
