About the Role

Champions Club is excited to bring onboard a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in developing and executing innovative strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. We’re looking for someone with a background in hospitality, hotels, or entertainment, who understands the unique demands of creating memorable guest experiences and can translate that knowledge into impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on guest acquisition, retention, and revenue generation
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from initial concept to post-campaign analysis, optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to ensure marketing strategies are competitive and relevant within the hospitality and entertainment sectors
  • Collaborate with leadership to set quarterly and annual marketing goals, measure KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed for maximum impact
  • Oversee brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, social, and print
  • Act as the brand ambassador, both internally and externally, to drive awareness and enhance brand image in the market
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to produce compelling visuals, videos, and written content that engage our target audience
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media, to increase online visibility and drive engagement
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, agencies, and industry associations to maximize brand exposure and collaboration opportunities
  • Coordinate with hotel operations, sales, and revenue management teams to develop joint marketing initiatives that enhance the guest experience and boost occupancy
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to expand our network and visibility
  • Use customer data and feedback to understand guest preferences and develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with our audience

Experiences & Skills

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in hospitality, hotel, or entertainment industries, with a focus on guest-centric marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and a portfolio of creative, high-impact projects
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media management tools

$85,000 - $95,000 + bonus
