What You’ll Be Doing
Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair high-end pharmaceutical processing equipment
Deliver on-site training and maintenance at customer facilities
Manage and submit expense reports using corporate card
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring satisfaction and professionalism
Document service activities and escalate technical feedback
About You
Associate’s degree or military background in technical field
Experience with 480V AC/24V DC systems, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics
Must possess valid passport and be travel-ready
Comfortable with customer-facing, high-visibility interactions
Able to travel up to 80%, sometimes 1–2 weeks at a time
