You'll assume responsibilities involving equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and even training your fellow technicians. Your journey begins with and specialized training on a Monday - Friday schedule before transitioning to your permanent shift working Sunday through Thursday. Responsibilities: Tackle scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs on crucial facility equipment. Lead the charge in expanding Lean practices and safety initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to protocols. Document and improve maintenance procedures, enhancing equipment functionality and longevity. Participate in after-hours emergency support when needed, showing your commitment to excellence. Cultivate a collaborative workplace where continuous improvement is encouraged and rewarded. Skills and Experience: Are you ready to dive in? Bring an Associate Degree with 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, or leverage a High School Diploma with 9 years of related industry experience. Show off your ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. You've mastered the art of troubleshooting with PLCs and various electrical systems.
