Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and coordination of corporate events, product launches, and internal functions
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event components are delivered on time
Support with event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown
Maintain and update event documentation and schedules
Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards at all events
Provide excellent guest support and customer service during events
Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support (preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Availability for occasional evening or weekend events as needed
