ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary event services and supplies.
Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and schedules.
On-Site Support: Provide on-the-ground support during events, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
Guest Relations: Ensure a positive experience for all attendees by being attentive and responsive to their needs.
Administrative Support: Handle associated administrative tasks, including documentation, budgeting, and reporting.
