Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington State with a specialization in pediatric neuropsychological assessment to lead and supervise our assessment training program. This unique role combines clinical assessment, supervision, and administrative leadership in a dynamic training environment. You will supervise pre-doctoral interns serving as psychometrists, provide secondary supervision to postdoctoral fellows, and collaborate closely with our Assessment Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents.
Provide individual and group supervision to pre-doctoral interns completing assessment practicums.
Offer secondary supervision and mentorship to postdoctoral fellows.
Collaborate with the Director of Assessment on training program development and administration.
Assist with interviewing and selection of new interns and fellows annually.
Participate in networking and outreach with local graduate programs and universities.
Uphold high standards in clinical documentation, ethical practice, and training oversight.
Contribute to the growth and future APPIC/APA accreditation efforts for internship and postdoctoral programs.
Attend regular team meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist in the state of Washington.
Specialized training and clinical experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment.
Demonstrated experience in supervision or teaching, particularly with pre-doctoral and/or postdoctoral trainees.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Passion for training, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
Confidence in clinical skills with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with outreach and enthusiastic about building relationships with local academic institutions.
Available for on-site work in Issaquah, WA (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in APPIC-approved internship or postdoctoral training sites.
Familiarity with APA accreditation requirements for training programs.
Interest in helping shape and lead a developing training program.
Board certification or interest in board certification in neuropsychology or related specialty.
