Cabinet Installer and Finish Carpenter Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer and Finish Carpenter to join our team at River Run Construction. The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinetry installation, renovations, and working on new construction homes, as well as strong finish carpentry skills. Our projects involve custom accent walls, barn doors, beam work, and more, offering diverse and challenging opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install cabinets and perform finish carpentry work such as setting exterior doors, applying wainscoting/shiplap, window & door casings, installing base trim, and walk-in closets.
• Collaborate with our team of professionals to deliver high-quality workmanship on residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure accurate measurements, cuts, and installation to achieve desired results and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding project status and requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry.
• A willingness to learn from others and develop new skills.
• Strong personal responsibility and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as chop saws, table saws, and routers.
• Competent in using a tape measure, understanding angles, and possessing solid math skills.
• Availability to travel for out-of-town jobs in McCall, Donnelly, and Cascade.
