For more information, please visit . The Associate Trust Officer is responsible for managing trust accounts and ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary obligations. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing personalized advice, and ensuring the efficient administration of accounts. The Associate Trust Officer will work closely with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to achieve account objectives while protecting the company’s reputation and interests. Primary Job Functions Account Administration Administer assigned account relationships in accordance with trust company policies and governing documents. Represent the organization in client meetings and presentations. Maintain client relationships, meet with clients, respond to client communications, and coordinate delivery of services. Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention. Facilitate and oversee account transactions, disbursements, and distributions. Monitor account activity daily. Oversee tax return preparation. Complete annual account reviews. Coordinate with investment professionals to ensure account investments in line with policies and account objectives. Onboard new business. Regulatory and Compliance Participate in the administrative and investment review processes. Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulatory requirements. Assist with the implementation and adherence to policies, processes, and business standards. Collaboration and Teamwork Partner with and communicate frequently and effectively with investment professionals. Participate in committees as assigned. Attend and coordinate with external client advisors, accountants, and attorneys. Provide input on team projects. Work on other projects as assigned. Education/Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in fiduciary services and trust administration. Knowledge of fiduciary principles, trust and estate administration, and wealth management. Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication abilities. Detail oriented, organized, and adaptable Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or similar professional designation in place or obtained within three years of employment.
