We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager / Administrative Assistant . This role requires strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, along with proficiency in computer applications. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience and exposure to multiple facets of our company, allowing for growth and professional development.

Role is in-person

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support by managing calendars, processing mail, depositing checks, answering calls, and maintaining files in Microsoft SharePoint, Google Docs, YARDI and AppFolio .
• Develop organizational systems to streamline record-keeping, financial transactions, and tenant issue resolution.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure tenant satisfaction and property conditions are well-maintained.
• Oversee work orders, maintenance requests, and repairs , coordinating with the maintenance team.
• Manage rent collection, invoice processing, and accurate financial records .
• Prepare applications, agreements, and reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents , addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and facilitating move-ins/move-outs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Organize office operations, including electronic filing, document management, mail handling, and office supply maintenance .
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of administrative experience (preferred in real estate or property management).
• 1+ year of property management experience required.
• Strong computer proficiency , including Microsoft Office Suite and AppFolio (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills .
• Experience in data entry, financial transactions, and office management .
• Bi- Lingual Spanish speaking is a Plus++
