Position Summary:

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the global automotive company, is seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to join a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching 5–7 Agile teams to improve Agile delivery practices and introduce scaling frameworks, with a strong preference for Scrum@Scale. The ideal candidate will thrive in complex, vendor-heavy environments and possess deep experience coaching across functional roles beyond standard Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on coaching to Agile teams on frameworks, principles, and best practices.
• Introduce and implement Scrum@Scale or similar Agile scaling frameworks.
• Support cross-vendor integration and facilitate collaboration across multiple delivery silos.
• Guide Agile transformations and help teams mature in agile technical metrics and ceremonies.
• Coach diverse roles including BAs, QAs, DevOps, and Cloud Engineers, beyond Scrum teams.
• Serve as a strategic communicator and facilitator for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote clarity, unification, and alignment within a transformation-driven culture.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Enterprise Agile Coaching experience.
• Proven experience with Scrum@Scale (or other scaling frameworks).
• Experience working in vendor-heavy enterprise environments.
• Comfortable coaching and collaborating with DevOps, QA, Cloud, and BA teams.
• Must be able and willing to work 100% onsite in Greensboro, NC.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Agile coaching experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Background in Agile tooling and administration (e.g., forms, dashboards, workflows)
